• Cover the vents in the winter to control the cold

• Remove the old filter from the AC
• Place new filter inside
• Check to make sure it is working properly

Gutter Repair

• Remove dirt and left over remains from the gutter
• Seal the gutter tightly
• Make sure the gutter is in proper working condition

Gutter Cleaning

• Remove all the dirt and leaves inside the gutter
• Wash the exterior with soap and water

Smoke Alarms – Battery Powered

• Remove old batteries in the smoke alarm
• Put the new batteries inside
• Make sure the alarm is working properly

Garbage Disposal

• If you see garbage anywhere else, grab it and put it in dustbin
• Dispose of the garbage
• Clean the dustbin and put it back where it was

Water Feature Pump Replacement

• Replace the pump with the new one
• Make sure it is working properly and has no leaks

• Place a mailbox in the front yard specified by the client

Child Safety Locks

• Make a list of all the factory provided pieces
• Replace child safety locks
• Check if they’re working properly
• Check for safety.

Toilet Flapper and Valve

• Take out the existing flapper and valve
• Replace them with the new valve
• Check to make sure it is working properly

Pet Door

• Make a list of all the factory provided pieces
• Gather a new pet Door
• Select the place as per client’s instruction
• Check if it is working properly and safely

Closet Installation

• Make a list of all factory provided pieces
• Place the closet as per instructions
• Check to make sure it is in proper working condition

Toilet Seat

• Make a list of all factory provided pieces
• Eliminate the existing toilet seat if damaged
• Replace it with a new one
• Check to make sure it is in proper working condition

Pool Cover

• Place a cover on the pool carefully
• Check to make sure it is secure

Handicap Bar

• Make a list of all factory provided fragments
• Mount handicap bars
• Check if working properly by putting weight on them to see if they are steady

Garage Tool Cabinet

• Hang the cabinet as per instructions
• Check to make sure it is in proper working condition

Sink Drain Plug

• Gather the necessary tools
• Plug the sink
• Check to make sure it is working properly

Thermostat

• Replace the old thermostat with the new one
• Check to make sure the thermostat is accurate

• Remove the old fan if it is not working properly

• Make list of necessary tools
• Replace the bicycle rack
• If the old one is broken then repair it
• Check if the rack is stable

• Make a list of factory provided tools
• Fix the new towel stand
• Check to make sure it is steady

Electrical Wall Switch/Dimmer

• Repair up to 3 wall switches at a time
• If switches are not repairable then replace them with new ones
• Check if they’re working properly

Cooking Pot Assembly

• Up to 3 cooking pots must be fixed
• Check to make sure it is in proper working condition

Electrical Wall Outlets/GFCI

• Take away up to 3 electrical wall outlets
• Replace them with the new ones

• Mount shelves (3 shelves, up to 4 ft. or 5 shelves up to 6 ft.).
• Fix the 3 shelves as per instructions (up to 4 ft.)
• Fix the 5 shelves as per instructions (up to 6 ft.)

Small Storing Shed

• Make a list of all factory provided pieces
• Determine the area where u would like to place the shelf
• Fix the shelf according to the instructions given by the client

• If the old gate is broken and can’t be repaired then replace it with the new one
• Check to make sure it is in proper working condition

• If it can’t be repaired then replace it with the new one

• Take away the broken screens
• Replace them with the new ones

• Check to make sure they are functioning properly

• If the client asks you to remove the old AC unit then remove it

• Repair the garden hose reel
• If necessary, replace it with the new one

  • Make sure to adjust the door joints
  • Trim the surface of the door if it is not closing or opening properly

  • Repair shower door hinges as per instructions
  • If it is not repairable replace it with a new one

  • Remove dirt thoroughly
  • Make sure to clean from inside and outside

  • Wash the grill with hot water to remove grease

  • Clean the areas properly that are asked by client
  • If any dust or dirt is present in the area, remove it

  • Cover the hole in the wall and fill it in

  Gutter Cleaning

  • Gutter Downspouts are detached then reattach them after cleaning
  • Check if they are properly attached

  Handrails

  • If the hand bars are not secured then make them secure by adding support screws
  • Take a proper test for the stability of the rail

  Deck Nails/Screws

  • Check if any screws on the desk need to be treated/removed
  • Replace the deck nails or screws if necessary

  Window Shutters

  • Repair the window shutters
  • If necessary, replace the old ones with new ones
